CONFERENCE CENTER CATERING POLICY

MENU SELECTION POLICY
In order to provide you with the best possible event, New Northside Conference Center request all menu selections at least 10 days prior to the event.

PRICING POLICY

Conference Center reserves the right to change menu items at any given time. Menu pricing is guaranteed from the date of the signing of the contract.

FEES AND SERVICE POLICY

We do not charge sales tax, but a service charge of 22% will be added. The Conference Center will be pleased to arrange for any Audio Visual equipment needs you may have. State of the art equipment is available upon advanced request at a normal fee. Late orders may incur a rush charge.  The rush charge will be determined at the time of the order. A service fee will be applied if the Conference Center is required to assist with the labor of non-Conference Center equipment.

GUARANTEE POLICY

New Northside Conference Center utilizes a 72 hour or three business days guarantee policy. After this time, a full charge will be incurred for all reductions and cancellations made. The client will be charged the guarantee provided regardless if attendance fall below the guarantee. Should the attendance be higher than the guarantee, the client will be charged the actual attendance of the event. For guarantees not received, original estimates will be used for charges. There are no exceptions to the rule.

FOOD POLICY

No leftover food can be taken out of the New Northside Conference Center facility.

SERVICE STAFF POLICY

Guest server ratio is one server per 50 guests for plated meal functions and one server per 75 guests at buffet functions. This is for service at rounds of 6-8 per table.  Request for rounds of 10 guests or  more for additional staffing are subject to rental fees. Each staff addition is charged at a four hour minimum of $65.00 per four-hour shifts. Additional labor charges may apply for holiday events, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day for when the Center will be closed.

EVENT TIMELINE POLICY

All service times are based on two-hour breakfast and lunch service or four hour dinner service. Additional service time may be subject to additional labor fees. Event start or end times that deviate more than 30 minutes than contracted may face additional labor.

NON ALCOHOL POLICY

New Northside Conference Center is a non-alcohol facility. Use of alcohol is prohibited on the premises at any time. New Northside Conference Center reserves the right to cancel an event if alcohol is used.

REVISIONS POLICY

Any charges, revisions, additions or deletions to the banquet contract and banquet event orders shall be in writing and signed by both original parties.
